Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Zoos, an AI phone-answering and appointment-booking service operated by ZOOS ("Zoos", "we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Zoos answers phone calls on your behalf using an AI voice assistant, books, reschedules, and cancels appointments on your calendar, and sends SMS confirmations to your customers. Features available depend on your selected plan (Basic, Pro, or More).

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the business information (hours, services, pricing) you provide, since the AI relies on it when speaking with callers.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
You must have the right to use any phone number you connect to Zoos.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
Each plan includes a set number of call minutes per billing period, shown on our pricing page. If your usage exceeds that limit, additional minutes are billed at the published per-minute overage rate and added automatically to your next invoice — you're never charged a separate, immediate amount for overage.
You can cancel at any time; there are no long-term contracts or early-cancellation fees. If you cancel, you keep access through the end of your current billing period.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us if something's gone wrong.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Zoos to place calls or send messages that violate applicable telemarketing, robocall, or messaging laws (such as the TCPA), and not to use the service for any unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent purpose.

AI limitations

Zoos uses AI to understand and respond to callers. While we work to make it accurate and reliable, the AI may occasionally misunderstand a caller or make a mistake. You're responsible for reviewing call transcripts and appointment records, especially early on, to catch anything that needs correcting.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We're not liable for missed calls or bookings caused by outages at our upstream providers (e.g. telephony or AI providers) beyond our reasonable control.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date.
